Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Delivery
Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive it after your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

Shipping Partners
Some Angel Journeys products may ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Because of this, packaging may vary.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at ponyojourneys@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
